 Club Night Change
From week commencing 16th November Club nights will be on Thursday so on that week there will be no club night Monday but will be on Thursday 19th November.

hi i,ll try to get down when i can, just had my left arm opened up, to sort out a ligament and nerve problem, unable to drive at the moment, so i guess i could be off the bike for a good few months yet, if you have any cycling dvd,s around i,d love to watch them, just bring em round. cheers neil.
