916 The Pillows Anniversary DVD
DO NOT TAKE THESE AND POST THEM ELSEWHERE WITH OUT MY PERMISSION.
These scans are huge, I was too lazy to resize them. Let me know if you guys have any problems getting them to load.
NOTE: The lines in these scans are also in the actual pictures it's just that they show up more in the scans for some reason.
The right hand picture is the cover, the left one is on the inside when you open the case.

Insert the DVD sits on when it's in the case, other side of the back cover.
EDIT: Note, Sawao is wearing two t-shirts trying to hide his tatoo. Maybe he doesn't know how badly I want to see it.
