I don't know how people that live there can put up with all these hurricanes.
There seems to be like one or two every year.

Yeah but this one was extreme. I really feel for everyone involved.
I kind of blame the media in a way for some people not evacuating. They always blow everything out of proportion, hurricanes included and now that it really was "that bad" I would imagine some people thought the media was once again exaggerating and decided they could ride this one out like they have so many others. Unfortunatly, that wasn't the case.
Clouds if you're out there and okay, let us know will ya.
