To tell you the truth, mine kind of sucked. I did get a really nice gift from my old man and I also got a gift from my Japanese friend so that was nice but I have been dealing with my sister and what her asshole husband did to her. Also, this f#$%%cking check approval place that works with certain stores has been denying my checks. I have no bad info on my account but because I wrote a couple of big checks over the past week, they say it looks like someone stole my check book and has been writing checks from my account. That didn't happen, it was me writing the checks and even though I called the idiots twice and told them that, they are still denying my checks. My bank doesn't understand it either. Anyway, I couldn't get my boyfriend anything for Valentines Day because of this. He understood but I am pissed.
Anywho, sorry to ranble on, thanks for asking kelp. How was your day?

last year, i got dumped. So yeah, the bar wasn't too high. This year, i didn't do anything. i got a canadian chocolate bar from my parents. oh, and all sorts of sympathy from telling people about last year. 
edit: i also expect to get a card from my japanese pen-pal through school. but it hasn't come yet.

Due to the state of not having a girlfriend as well as being in a haze of pain from a ski trip over the weekend, I was able to actually avoid being aware that Monday was Valentine's day. This actually made me feel a bit of satisfaction, since I'm usually resigned to feeling lonely as hell on Valentine's Day.
Hooray for me.

Nothing at all happened to me, although I did get Ragnarok Online to work, so I played with/on it (trying to get everything downloaded and ready, then figuring out how everything went)
