 RULES-EVERYONE MUST READ BEFORE POSTING-*Updated 05/26/2005.
Okay people, I'm going to be changing the rules. Why you ask? Because, if I want people to be "mature" about stuff, I can't be babysitting you guys. However, there are still some rules I want people to follow.
Rules
PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU POST. If you don't agree with them, don't join. It's that simple.
ANYONE CAUGHT LINKING THE SWANKY STREET SERVER TO ANOTHER SITE WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATLY! UNLESS INDIVI OR MY SELF GIVE PERMISSION WHICH I WILL NOT BE DOING!
RULE NUMBER ONE. This rule is very simple, and also redundant but I can't stress it enough, read all the rules before you post.
RULE NUMBER TWO. There will be no Pillows bashing allowed here. JOKING AROUND IS ONE THING BUT This message board is for Pillows fans and not those who have nothing better to do but bash them. If you are a fan and there is something you're not crazy about, fine. After all everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I don't care if you say Kashima is better than Suziki or what ever, but don't flame the band guys. If you're gonna do that, why would you even be here?
Just keep in mind that this community is here to support the band, we are not here to flame them.
RULE NUMBER FOUR. Anyone using racial, sexist, homophobic or religous slurs will be banned imediatly. I don't mind the term "Gay" as in "That's gay" but what I don't want to see it mean spirted, hateful bull****. Also the word Jap is a derrogatory comment towards Japanese people so don't use it!
RULE NUMBER FIVE. Net speak irritates the **** out of me. I don't mind it if someone uses it to be funny but if you use it all the time, learn how to type before you post. I certainly don't mind an abbreviation like WTF every now and again or an abbrevation like TYMT (Thank You, My Twilight) however phrases like "wot r u doin'" or "i aint stoopid" make people sound like they are. Also some people who may join here might use English as a second language and may not be very familar with how to type it properly, that's completely understandable. But if people purposely and continously "tipe lik dis" it's annoying, not cute so don't do it.
RULE NUMBER SIX. Read the FAQ-Discography BEFORE you ask a question. That FAQ is there for a reason so use it. If you continue to ask questions just because you are too lazy to read the FAQ then you could be banned. If the answer to your question is not there, then ask away, that's what we're here for.
RULE NUMBER SEVEN. The FILE SHARING rule. Like I stated earlier, this message board is dedicated to mature minded fans who want to support the band, therefore talk of file sharing here will be very limited. I will not sit here and tell you that I have never used P2P programs before or that I haven't got music from a friend because I have. I just don't want to make it any easier than it all ready is for people not to buy stuff and support the band. If you can't afford something, I totaly understand that but there are all ready plenty of places you can go to find their music for free. Therefore any files that you can easily purchase on line or other places will NOT be shared on this board. In other words, if you can get it at CD Japan then you can't get it here.
However, sharing rare files such as interviews with the band, appearances on Japanese television, rare concert footage, pictures of the band and out of print albums or singles is totaly fine. Actually it's encouraged. 
Which brings me to...
RULE NUMBER EIGHT. Remote linking is not allowed. This includes avatars and signatures. If you don't know what remote linking is, ask someone.
You can get your own photo hosting site, such as Photo Bucket or Village Photos, download pictures to your hard drive, up load the picture to your photo site and use the url that your photo hosting site provides you to post pictures, sigs and avatars.
Posting web site url's (links) is fine.
RULE NUMBER NINE. There are a few user names that will not be allowed because once agian, they are irritating. If you have one of these user names on another board, you will have to use a different one on this board.
These are names that contian words or phrases such as Sawao, Manabe, Pillows or any first and last names of any of the band members. I do not have anything against anyone who uses these names on another board, let's just say it's a pet peave of mine and leave it at that.
Also please try to keep your user name to no more than three words. For example "Super Trampoline School Kid" is just too long.

I do ban people and it's usually permanant. You may get a warning or two or you may not get any warning at all. That depends on how seriously you screw up.
