I would love to make the avatars bigger but I haven't figured that one out yet, as soon as I do I'll post it in announcments.
As far as the animated smilies are concerned (I knew someone was going to bring that up) they slow down my computer too but not as much as the animated sigs and avatars. The smilies were pretty boring with out them so I figured I'd try them out.
I agree the runboard set up isn't the greatest (I knew someone would bring that up too) but I can always switch servers some time in the future if necessary.

Als, I have to get on the ball and see what I can do about making the avatars bigger. Still haven't figured that one out.
