Did the pillows sing "video killed the radiostar" or is it just me?
I don't know where this came from, I have a large collection of audio files that I ripped to mp3 on my HDD. One day, I decided to take a look through my pillows collection and I came across the song "Video Killed The Radiostar" Which was sung by "the buggles" album: "the octopus's garden" I thought it was weard for that song to be there and maybe I missed placed it so I thought I'd open and play it since I haven't listened to them in a while.
I was shocked! The song didn't sound like it was supposed to, insted it sounded like it was preformed live and the singers had a definite pillows japanese accent. I don't know where this came from and what album it was contained in. The ID tag is screwed up to it says that the author is Sawao Yamanaka, I can't seem to change that.
Could you help me figure this out?

The pillows did indeed cover this song and the clip of it floating around is of them preforming it live. It was not a song they did on any albums or singles though. Sorry I don't have a list of covers they did on the FAQ, I'm going to have to get my arse in gear and add one.
Incidentally, it was originally done by a band called The Buggles and was the first video to air on MTV.
