Thee Michelle Gun ELephant. Have you heard /heard of them? They're one of the only Japanese bands I've been able to find domestically(found the best of album on itunes ten dollars... what a steal!) And I like them a lot. I think the best way to describe them is garage punk, athough there's some other influences in there too.
Check them out, if you please.
