Weight
74.8 Kilograms (165 Lbs.)
Description
He is of average height and looks. His clothing changes, depending on his moods and the job. He most commonly wears a t-shirt and denim-type pants. A shoulder holster is a very common sight, when others see him out and about, unless he is trying to conceal his weapons. His dark hair is cut short and greying on the sides and back. He has piercing blue eyes that can stare right through a person. Overall, quite normal.
Birthplace
Denon
Mother
Serra Sneed. Deceased.
Father
Geph Sneed. Deceased.
Siblings
None
Personal History
Tam Sneed had the usual childhood. He had friends and good grades in school. He didn't stand out from the crowd in any way and never tried to. He did make his parent's proud, since they had seen many other kids fall into gangs and cause their parents much heartache. Tam was a by the book type of guy and liked to play fair. Regarded by gangs as undesirable and a possible irritation, he was never approached to join them. The more intellectual and wealthy groups looked down on him, because he didn't fit their profile of the ideal person. Neither groups bothered him. He was happy where he was in his life, and couldn't care less what they thought of him.
He graduated and went on to join the Naval Academy. His parents worried about him, but he always reassured them that he was doing fine and the right thing. After graduating from the Academy, he was assigned to a fighter group on a star destroyer. The Imperial Navy held many advantages for him. He had a place to live, eat and liked his job as a shuttle pilot.
Most of his orders were to transport cargo and supplies to and from the ship. On few occassions, he had passengers. None of those passengers were of great importance to him. Mostly crew and officers. Over time, he got to know the ships and shuttles quite well. He made friends with the bay crews and they taught him more than the Academy did. Several times, that new found knowledge became handy.
During one of the many battles his ship was involved in, it became badly damaged. Escape pods were used up, and he was left with a small shuttle and some of the bay crew. Everyone else had abandoned ship. He and the crew got the shuttle working just well enough to escape the exploding ship. With no way to get far enough to return to the nearest Imperial outpost, they landed the shuttle on a planet and lived there for several years.
Tam and the few crew members who survived the years found another ship had landed on the planet recently. They waited for it's pilot and crew to return, to decide what to do. When they saw that it was a single pilot and a passenger, they asked for a lift to the nearest outpost. The passenger declined, but the pilot agreed. Once they were off the planet, the passenger turned on them, and killed the pilot and two of Tam's crew. Tam and his one remaining crewman overtook the passenger, killing him in the process. They searched him for identification and found out that they had killed an Imperial official. There was no way that they could return safely now. They would have to go elsewhere. To some other civilized planet and get rid of the evidence.
Once they arrived on Tatooine, they sold the shuttle and bought passage to Denon. When Tam arrived on Denon, he found that his mother had died, and his father was very ill. The family had spent everything they had to keep his father alive, and that left nothing for Tam. He found work and began searching for a cure for his father's illness. With the credits he earned, he could get his father to the doctor to cure him, but it was not enough to pay for the procedure.
Nearing the end of his resources, Tam found an ad for a merchant ship pilot. He answered the ad and soon had a new job. He delivered cargo for the ship's owner, and after only four runs, he had enough to help his father. However, the owner would not allow him the time to tend to his father. During Tam's work, he discovered that the owner was doubling as a smuggler, and that he, himself, had been involved with the crimes of the owner. He decided to use this new found leverage on the owner to allow him the time to help his father. Unfortunately, by the time he was allowed the time, his father's time was up. Tam's father died the day before the owner gave Tam permission to take some leave. Infuriated, Tam devised a plan to destroy the owner and his business. His plan worked like a charm, but it left him no choice other than to steal one of the owner's ships and leave Denon for good.
Alone and no one to turn to, Tam did what he could to keep the very old Amphibious Interstellar Assault Transport Ship , the "Maverick", running. Being that the ship was old, meant finding parts was difficult, but not impossible. It's previous owner had made several modifications to it, and updated many of the systems, so it wasn't too bad. Tam needed a crew to help him start taking on jobs, though.
Character Traits
Tam had been a very trusting person, but the war and his dealings with his previous employer had changed all of that. He is now a very cautious man, who is willing to take the occassional risk when needed. He is quite indifferent as to race and species of any individual, and only judges a person by their actions. Trust is earned, and not to be taken for granted in his eyes.
Medical History
Tam has had a few scrapes and bruises in his day, but nothing major. He had the same disease that killed his parents, but he had obtained a cure and can no longer be classified a possible victim of it. He is currently in perfect health.

Arani Chianna - Smuggler
Smuggler
Player
Charity Goddard
Game
Star Wars : Maverick
Character Name
Arani Chianna
Call Sign
Race
Zeltron
Age
21
Sex
Female
Height
1.5 Meters (5 Ft.)
Weight
56.7 Kilograms (125 Lbs.)
Description
Arani is short and thin, but tough. Her skin is a deep red and her hair is long and black. She usually wears a tight-fitting flight suit that doesn't leave much to the imagination, unless of course she's out partying. When she goes out, she leaves even less to the imagination.
Birthplace:
Zeltron
Mother:
Inara Chianna
Father:
Unknown
Siblings:
Malek Chianna (Brother)
Personal History:
Arani was born on the planet Zeltron, a place of constant partying, where monogamy is considered odd in the extreme. As a result, her mother had no idea who her father was, or her older brother's father either for that matter. Of course that was common on Zeltron so it didn't really matter in the least. As she grew older her mother taught her about the responsible use of the pheromones and empathic abilities her people were born with, but Arani couldn't help but wonder if it would be fun to try something a bit less positive sometime. Those seemingly errant thoughts of a child signaled the beginning of her rebellion.
As peaceful as her planet usually was, every culture and people have their delinquent youths to deal with. Arani had grown up in the shadow of her older brother, who was seemingly perfect in every way. He never got into trouble, and always got good grades. To Arani it seemed as if her mother paid more attention to him by far, and she vowed to get her mother to look at her one way or another. By the time Arani was 13 she was firmly implanted in a gang of local trouble-makers, and by the age of 15 she was their acknowledged leader. Mostly they were involved in small mischief...grafitti, vandalism, and all the other normal stuff that rebellious teens will do. Their pheromones made them a force to be reckoned with though, and one of their favorite things to do was cause fights to break out between people. Unfortunately, this is a serious offense among her people, and Arani and her friends were caught at it when she was 16. At first they were all released to their parents, but as the offenses continued the leaders of her local area decided something must be done. After determining who the ring-leader was, the council pronounced their sentance, and at the age of 17, Arani found herself an exile.
The council fined her mother enough money to pay for Arani's passage off of the planet, and to a system a good distance away. Apparently no one wanted it to be easy for her to come home. Angry and disillusioned with life, Arani found herself on Nar Shadaa, surrounded by low-lifes from every nearby system. Using her pheromones, she never found it difficult to survive. It's not hard to find food when you can make someone hand theirs over by getting them to feel pity and compassion. She also discovered more than a few kinds of drugs and was a real mess after only a short amount of time. Walking down the street in a daze one day, she bumped into a human man who grabbed her to keep her from falling. Even in her stoned and disheveled state, the beauty of her people was evident and the man took her in, intrigued by this young woman who seemed to be throwing away so much.
Anthony Jones was a smuggler, and the leader of a small group based on Nar Shadaa. He cleaned Arani up, listened to her story, held her when she cried, and took care of her until she was off the drugs and well enough to move on with her life. Then he taught her to pilot and maintain a ship. He introduced her to his group, and she started making runs for them. In the process, he also fell in love. She tried to explain to him how her people looked upon the subject, but she was never quite sure if he believed her. For a while their relationship went along smoothly, but it wasn't long before Arani realized her cut of the profits wasn't near as much as it should be. She mentioned this to Anthony, and he explained that since she was new, the others weren't willing to give her as much. He pointed out that since she was living with him, it didn't matter in the end anyway. She shrugged it off, and let more time pass.
Then one night when Anthony was on a run, Arani went out for a meal and a drink. She met someone interesting there, and in the true tradition of her people, she went off with him that night. What she didn't know was that one of the smuggler crew saw her, and followed her. He watched her go into the man's house, watched the lights go out, and stayed long enough to know she wasn't planning to go home that night. As soon as Anthony returned, the crew member told him what he had seen, and a horrible argument ensued. Arani tried again to explain that among her people, this was normal. After not getting anywhere with him, she left, spending the night on the streets like she used to. The next day she went to the bank and had all her accounts transferred to Coruscant where her money would be safer, and easier to access from most places within the known galaxy. Then she waited for dark and snuck into the hanger where they kept their ships and stole one. It was old, and damaged, but it got her away from Nar Shadaa, and Anthony. And she hoped that since it was an older one, they may not chase her to get it back.
Alone again, Arani travelled from system to system, taking small jobs here and there in the hopes of being able to keep herself fed and slowly save up for the needed repairs on her ship. Unfortunately she incurred more expenses on her own as well, and was barely able to keep herself fed and the Phoenix in the air. Major repairs were not happening. Eventually she worked her way over toward a system containing the small planet of Tynna. She had heard there was work to be found there, but as she arrived she noticed that they seemed to be under attack.
Character Traits:
Arani is passionate, but almost never exclusive. It's not in her nature. She is a fun-loving party girl who works only because she has to. She is also quite stubborn when she wants to be.
Medical History:
Other than various random past illnesses related to her extensive drug use, Arani has no remarkable medical history. Since she's been clean, she has been disgustingly healthy.

Heather Lane
Game:
Star Wars : Maverick
Character Name:
Olivia Brahn
Call Sign:
none
Race:
Human
Age:
25
Sex:
Female
Height:
1.6 m (5 Ft. 6 In.)
Weight:
57 kg (125 lbs)
Description:
Olivia is most comfortable in tight fitting clothes. Her favorite choice of clothing would be leather pants, close fitting leather jacket and low heeled leather boots. She has straight dark hair with a few streaks of blonde throughout the front. She is a fair complexion, dark brown eyes and is of slim athletic build.
Birthplace:
Naboo
Mother:
Leena (Morhn) Brahn
Father:
Nayne Brahn
Siblings:
Ilianna (Older Sister)
Johb (Younger Brother)
Personal History:
Olivia was just 8 years old when the first Death Star was destoyed. Both her parents were very active in the Rebellion and her mother fought and aided in destoying the massive battlestation at Yarin 4. Five years later, when the Empire fell and the second death star was destroyed, Olivia found herself helping the celebrate her parent's part in the victory and marvelled at how much they had done for the galaxy and it's people.
Throughout her childhood, she learned much from her parents as they continued their service of the New Republic's military and hoped to someday become a pilot of her own ship. When the New Republic was formed, they moved from her home on Naboo to Coruscant and it was at age 15, that she got her first chance at flying. Though she was hardly skilled enough, it was everything she had dreamed and she began to work for a local shipyard in hopes to save up to one day buy a ship of her own. She had no intention to serve in the New Republic, she had a longing to try something new and somehow felt that the universe held more for her. Once she hit 21, she finally had enough to strike out on her own and left Coruscant on a transport for Corellia in hopes of finding herself a ship and/or a good piloting job.
Character Traits:
Somewhat young and naive, Olivia isn't afraid to speak her mind. She loves to try new things and is always up for a challenge. Because she is the middle child, she has become sort of a rogue of the three children. Her younger brother was spoiled and treated as the "baby" of the family, and her older sister was given her way a lot and treated with a little more respect because she was expected to be more mature and the wisest of the three. Olivia felt somehow that she had to set herself apart from the rest and became the dare-devil of the family, thus making herself impish at times. Now that she's on her own, she is new to just about everything and beholds the universe with great wonder and excitement.
Medical History:
When she was 11 Olivia had been dared to ride a Shaak, by one of her peers. She took the challenge and the animal threw her. The fall caused her to twist her knee in the most unusual way and it's never been quite the same since. It has healed properly as she grew older and she can run quite fast, long distances, however have proven to be a problem.

Soren - Bounty Hunter
Bounty Hunter
Player
Graydon Scates
Game
Star Wars: Maverick
Character Name
Soren
Call Sign
None
Race
Falleen
Age
28
Sex
Male
Height
1.9 meters
Weight
76 Kg
Description
Soren is a tall, fit, attractive being with jet black hair, cut short, dark eyes, and whatever color skin he feels like having at the time. Soren usually wears a dark navy blue jacket made out of the hide of some unknown creature, if you ask Soren. However, under close inspection the material bears a striking resemblance to Falleen hide. Other than that his attire is unremarkable, simple and sturdy traveler’s pants and shirt, tool belt, and shoulder holster under his jacket, for his DL-44.
Birthplace
Falleen.
Mother
Tsavan (Deceased)
Father
Vasin (Deceased)
Siblings
None
Personal History
Soren was born to a rather influential noble family on Falleen. He went to the finest schools, had amazing scores, that is, until he turned sixteen. After nearly ten years of learning everything there was to learn about law, government, social structure, manner, etiquette, Soren had had enough. From that point on his scores slipped drastically, while still ranked high in intelligence, his utter lack of interest almost got him failed several times, but each time his parents would pull strings to keep him in the academy, much to Soren’s lament.
However, when he turned eighteen, Soren witnessed a woman being attacked by a large man, he called for the man to stop, since there was no one else around to help, and when he didn’t, Soren attacked him. Now Soren was no brawler by any means, but he was in excellent physical shape, and had been taught basic combat in the academy. Fortunately for him the attacker was not very skilled either and went down after a relatively short fight. The woman thanked Soren profusely and even paid him for his assistance, quite well in fact, now being the son of a noble family Soren of course didn’t need the money, but he liked having money that didn’t come from his father, so he accepted the payment and went on his way.
A few months later, Soren witnessed another event, several men had another man at knife point and were demanding everything he had of value. Soren almost walked on by, but he remembered the feeling he got when he took down the attacker months before, and more importantly he remembered the payment the woman had given him for assisting her. With those thoughts in mind he rushed in to help the man taking on the three men single handedly, unfortunately, these men were more skilled than the man he defeated months before, much more skilled, and due to that, and the fact that Soren still only had basic combat skills, he was nearly killed before the authorities arrived.
After that Soren decided that if he was going to continue this violent practice he was going to need better training, so for the next three years he pushed himself extremely hard, exercising, practicing, he even used some of his family’s money to hire a retired military officer to train him in the art of combat. After that he had little problem with common street thugs and found them of no challenge anymore, he was ready to graduate to something bigger.
Halfway through his twenty-second year, his last year in the academy, Soren learned that there was a list of wanted, and dangerous, criminals posted by the authorities, who were offering rewards for any assistance in capturing them. This was just the thing Soren had been looking for, a chance to show off his skills, and make a little money at the same time, after making a copy of the list he quickly began hunting the criminals. He discovered that finding them was difficult at first, because while he had extensive combat training at this point, he knew nothing of tracking and hunting. But it became easier over time, as he learned to notice patterns and search out clues and trails, and soon he had captured a large number of the mid-level criminals on the list.
Having still ignored the academy while pursuing the hunt, Soren only barely managed to graduate later that year, leaving the academy with the lowest marks ever scored in twenty years, and the dislike of every one of his teachers. Soren didn’t care at all though, he was already doing what he wanted, having only stayed in the academy because his parents made him. However while he still managed to find time to hunt now and then, Soren found that life after the academy was far worse than during it, as he was now subject to numerous speeches by his father about how he would one day take his place as head of the powerful family. He was also forced by his father to attend countless lectures and meetings all so that he could be ready to do something he had no intention of doing.
Soren was unsure what to do late in his twenty-second year, he had captured most of the low level criminals as well as a few of the high ones, but he found that he was less and less time for the hunt as his father spent more and more time trying to teach him to lead. However, all that changed three days before Soren’s twenty-third birthday, when his father was assassinated. The head of another influential family had paid a man to plant explosives on Soren’s father’s private speeder, and he and his wife her on their way to a ball when they went off, killing them both.
Unfortunately for Soren this left no one but him to head up the family, and because of this he was pushed even harder by his relatives to step up and lead, however that was not his intention, it never was.
It would be two weeks before the investigation ended and Soren would officially become the head of the family, which was all the time Soren needed for his plans. It took him nearly a week and a half to track down the man who had planted the explosives on his father’s speeder, and only fifteen minutes to fight and kill him. After that Soren left Falleen, abandoning his responsibilities to his family, as well as their wealth and power, shooting off into the stars to continue the hunt….
Character Traits
Soren is usually a fun loving guy, a bit flashy due to his lineage and upbringing, but not to the point where it would get him killed. He most often always well spoken and well kept, making him an unusual Bounty Hunter. Falleen males are rather hard to resist by females of most other species, and Soren knows it, using that fact, and sometimes his race’s unique pheromones, Soren usually doesn’t have trouble finding companionship when he fancies it. However this has gotten him in trouble on more than one occasion, as it turns out some men don’t take kindly to their females running off with a smooth talking Hunter.
Medical history:
Being a bounty hunter, Soren has been in more than his fair share of battles over the years, and as such has received countless minor injuries. But to date he has avoided any serious ones. Soren also has something of a drinking problem, but due to a strong immune system he has suffered no ill effects, medically, from it.

Zarek ya Tharen - Mechanic
Mechanic
Player
Randy Houle
Game
Star Wars : Maverick
Character Name
Zarek ya Theran
Call Sign
None
Race
Human
Age
26
Sex
Male
Height
1.78 m (5Ft. 11In.)
Weight
83 kg (183 Lbs.)
Description
Zarek is a handsome human in his mid-twenties, standing at about average height for a human male with a brawny, athletic build. He has a thick, tousled mop of brown hair that he usually only remembers to comb when he's in the presence of a lady, and his blue eyes always seem to have an excited, amused look to them, particularly when he's come up with a new idea or thought of a new joke. He dresses very casually, again not really paying attention to his wardrobe except around a lady, and he is usually seen wearing a vest that he carries various tools in. On his right he carries a custom-modified blaster pistol, and hanging from his left hip is a blastsword, a weapon unique to his homeworld of Adumar. Like all Adumari, Zarek is fluent in Basic, but he speaks with the distinct Adumari accent created by 10,000 years of separation from galactic civilization.
Birthplace
Yedagon City, Yedagon, Adumar
Mother
Denariss ya Theran
Father
Tyrol ya Theran
Siblings
None
Personal History
Zarek grew up in Yedagon City, the capital of the Yedagonian Confederacy. The Yedagonian Confederacy was one of the most powerful nations on Adumar, after Cartann, and was at the forefront when the New Republic arrived five years ago to invite Adumar to join it. Following a short war between Cartann and the other nations of Adumar, Zarek's planet was admitted into the New Republic, officially opening it up to the rest of the galaxy.
He took immediate advantage of the opportunities now presented to him. Having been a gifted mechanic for the Yedagonian Armed Forces, Zarek decided to leave Adumar and learn all he could about all the alien technologies out there. Over the next five years he bounced from system to system, taking jobs whenever he could find one in order to learn more. His natural gift for understanding mechanics helped him to quickly adapt to the technology used throughout the galaxy, which made Adumar's look primitive in comparison.
Finally after five years of wandering the galaxy, Zarek found himself on Corellia, working at a speeder repair garage, a job he quickly grew bored of. Fortunately for his sanity, a notice about job openings on a transport vessel called the Maverick has recently appeared on the HoloNet...
Character Traits
Zarek takes a very carefree, lackadaisical approach to life. He's a good worker and has no problem taking orders, but he's also a bit of a clown and a wisecracker, and is almost always ready with a joke or a quip. He normally tries to defuse a tense or uncomfortable situation with a joke or a witty comment. He can often be seen fiddling with whatever his latest project is, and he has a bad habit of leaving his tools lying around in the most inconvenient places.
Medical History
Aside from a couple of small scars from various dropped tools and other minor accidents, Zarek has never really had any medical problems, and keeps himself in excellent physical condition.

Skulonn Vorc - Medic
Medic
Player:
Graydon Scates.
Game:
Star Wars: Maverick.
Character name:
Skulonn Vorc.
Call Sign:
Skull.
Race:
Quarren.
Age:
30.
Sex:
Male.
Height:
1.7 meters.
Weight:
76 Kg.
Description:
Skulonn looks like most Quarren, squid-like face, cream colored, hairless skin, and suction cup fingertips. His time as a combat medic afforded him many opportunities for strenuous exercise, and as such, his physique is lean and strong, granting him not only a fair amount of agility, but also stamina and strength. His typical attire is pretty much what he wore during the war, standard issue rebellion combat fatigues, minus the helmet of course, with a belt full of various tools and medical equipment, as well as a DL-44 in a shoulder holster, and a knife in his right boot.
Birthplace:
Mon Calamari.
Mother:
Veralk.
Father:
Skulonn Tal.
Siblings:
None.
Personal History:
Skulonn lived a fairly uneventful life before the Galactic Civil War and the Rebellion. His was a peaceful life of study, until the Imperial fleet arrived, invading the planet of Mon Calamari in one swift strike, the planetary defenses not being able to hold them off. After that, both the Quarren and Mon Calamari were forced into slavery, on their own planet. But after sitting still and taking this for as long as they could, the two races looked past their differences and rose up against their oppressors, throwing them off their homeworld and forging a more meaningful peace between them.
After this was accomplished, Skulonn, and many like him, left their homeworld to join the Rebellion, wanting to free other planets and beings from the Empire, just as they were freed. After joining the Rebellion, Skulonn rose quickly through the ranks, due in large part to his skill in medicine, and his courage to use those skills in the most dire and dangerous situations, shattering the typical notion that medics are cowards. He often assisted rescue teams into enemy territory, charged right with the front lines to reach injured soldiers in need, and in some cases, even turned a enemy hearts to the Rebellion’s cause simply by patching them up and being kind to them.
Though all of this acclaim and reputation meant next to nothing after the Empire was defeated and the war had ended, Skulonn tried his hand at being a real doctor for a bit, but found that he missed the rush of combat, and thus gave up on it and headed to the rim, hiring himself out for more dangerous work, as a true combat medic…
Character Traits:
Skulonn is a nice, loyal, hard working medic. He is very good at his job, and enjoys it most days, as such his bedside manner is fairly good, leaving his patients not only completely healed, but happy as well. Outside of the job he is a friendly being, if a little uptight. During the war he stuck closely to rules and regulations, earning himself a good reputation among his commanding officers, and a reputation as a suck-up from his peers, though this was not his intention of course. And having gotten into such a habit, every job he has had since the war, he has followed every rule and order to the letter.
Medical history:
Skulonn has been through several battles in the course of being a combat medic for the Rebellion, and as such has had more than a few scrapes. But overall he is in good health, his old war wounds having healed long ago.

Nandi Lasko - Mechanic
Mechanic
Player
Charity Goddard
Game
Star Wars: Maverick
Character Name
Nandi Lasko
Call Sign
N/A
Race
Human
Age
18
Sex
Female
Height
5' 2" (1.575 m)
Weight
130 lbs (58.97 kg)
Description
Nandi is slightly built, but looks strong all the same. She has short spiky blonde hair, and sparkling blue eyes.
Birthplace:
Corellia
Mother:
Trinda Lasko
Father:
Phillip Lasko
Siblings:
None
Personal History:
Nandi was born on Corellia, the child of an engineer and a research scientist. Her father was a bit of a bumbler as an engineer, but he was fun. Her mother was pretty much the opposite; one of the best researchers in her field, and far from funny. From the beginning it was obvious that Nandi had inherited both her mother's brains, and her father's fun-loving spirit. At the age of four, she was enrolled in the best local school her mother could find for her, and her life went on in a rather boring way until she was almost thirteen.
The choice to leave Corellia was hard on Nandi's mother. The chance to go to a new colony (The Grendall Project) on a new planet (Mantrey Prime) and research new things was too good to pass up, but of course Nandi's education was likely to suffer horribly. In the end, Trinda decided that the move was absolutely necessary for her career, and she started to pack her family. Phillip gave token resistance to the idea, but he had never once stood up to his wife, and was unlikely to start after all these years. What small misgivings he did have were dissipated as soon as Trinda pulled some strings to secure him a spot in the colony as the head engineer. On Corellia, he could never dream to aspire to such a position. As for Nandi's education.. her mother just figured she could find the time to school her some at home on the side.
So it was that Nandi turned thirteen in space. She had never been offworld before, and the ship fascinated her. Every time her parents turned around she was missing. She would show up all over the ship, from the c0ckpit to the engine room, asking questions and watching. When the trip ended, Nandi missed the ship far more than she missed her old home. In the beginning of her life on the colony, she came home from the small one room school, waiting for her mother's promised lessons. More often than not, her mother never bothered to come home from the lab and Nandi got bored at home alone. She began to go to the docks to hang out, as well as to her father's office.
While her mother's career thrived, her father floundered. As bumbling as he was, having him in charge of the engineering for the entire colony was sometimes a comedy of errors. He frequently took shuttles up to orbitting supply ships to ask advice from the ships' mechanics and engineers, taking Nandi with him of course. She soaked up everything like a sponge, and by the time she was fifteen she was doing more of Phillip's job than he was. She still spent every spare moment at the docks, spending as much time on the shuttles and freighters as the captains would allow. She seemed to remember everything she saw that had to do with mechanics.
Her mother vehemently disapproved of all this time spent with what she considered lower class people, and as Nandi got older and more stubborn, the fights raged. Sometimes it seemed that all they ever did when they were together was fight. Her father was of course no help, not standing up to Trinda about this any more than he had about the move. The worse it got, the less often Nandi came home at all. Eventually, in the way of life, Nandi met a boy. This was just one more thing for her mother to yell about, because of course she boy in question was a dock worker. Things finally came to a head when she was eighteen. Her mother forbade her to see the boy, and laid down the law to him as well. Rather than fight for her, he ran like a whipped puppy. She appealed to her father, but he did nothing, as usual. Nandi had had more than enough. She packed a small bag and left the house for the docks, looking for a ship.. any ship, to take her anywhere..
Character Traits:
Nandi is fun-loving and happy, as well as very intelligent. She is a fast learner, and has an intuitive understanding of machinary and how it works. She is also very innocent and other than her trip to Mantrey Prime she has never been to space.
Medical History:
Nothing remarkable

Vorian Kel - Bounty Hunter
Bounty Hunter
Player:
Randy Houle
Game:
Star Wars: Maverick
Character Name:
Vorian Kel
Nickname:
Vor
Race:
Human (Kiffar/Corellian)
Age:
27
Sex:
Male
Height:
1.86 m (6 ft. 3 in.)
Weight:
96.62 kg (213 lbs.)
Description:
Vorian Kel is a tall, ruggedly handsome man who stands a couple inches over six feet, with a strong, muscular build. His skin is somewhat lighter than the average dusky Kiffar, though he still retains their pitch-black hair color; unlike most Kiffar, who wear their hair in various braids, Vorian keeps his tied back in a long, simple ponytail, and his brandy-brown eyes seem capable of carrying warmth and friendliness one moment, and cold-blooded ruthlessness the next.
Along with a seemingly perpetual five o'clock shadow, Vorian's face bears a Kiffar facial tattoo that marks him as a member of the Clan Kel. The tattoo consists of a single red stripe that runs from underneath his bottom lip to the bottom of his chin, and two more stripes that run diagonally from opposing sides of his jawline up over his face to meet across the bridge of his nose in a triangular pattern.
While on a hunt, Vorian wears the black body armor he wore as a member of the Kiffu Guardians, and for weaponry he carries a heavy Bryar blaster pistol and an EE-3 blaster carbine, along with a vibroknife sheathed in his right boot.
Birthplace:
Kiffu
Mother:
Aeryn Kel, Kiffu Guardians
Father:
Vorian Lyzak, Corellian Security Force
Siblings:
None
Personal History:
Aeryn Kel was a member of the Kiffu Guardians, a group dedicated to keeping the peace and providing law enforcement throughout the Kiffar Sector. When an inmate charged with multiple counts of theft and murder escaped from Kiffex, Kiffu's neighboring prison planet, Aeryn was tasked with tracking him down and bringing him back to Kiffex.
The hunt took Aeryn to Corellia, where the escaped convict was rumored to have gone into hiding, but Corellia barred her from continuing her investigation unless she agreed to work with Corellian Security. Reluctantly she agreed, and Aeryn was partnered with CorSec officer Vorian Lyzak. The two of them worked closely together over the next couple of weeks, following Aeryn's quarry all across the Corellian system before cornering him on Talus. A firefight ensued that ended with the convict's apprehension.
Aeryn remained on Corellia for a few more days while Corellia and Kiffu ironed out the details of returning the prisoner to Kiffex. She and Lyzak, having grown fairly close while working together, spent her last night on Corellia together, before she took custody of the prisoner and took him back to Kiffex.
She later discovered that she was pregnant, and later that year Aeryn gave birth to a boy, whom she named Vorian after his father. Despite his Corellian heritage, Vorian was raised in the traditional Kiffar manner, joining the Clan Kel and receiving his facial tattoo upon reaching manhood. When he was old enough, Vorian followed his parents into law enforcement, joining the Kiffu Guardians and serving with them for the next several years.
As a child, Vorian had discovered he had the somewhat rare Kiffar ability of psychometry, which gave him the ability to read the memory of inanimate objects by touch. This ability proved to be very useful to Vorian when he was with the Guardians, and during his time there he became the Guardians' foremost tracker.
Vorian was not like most Kiffar, however. His Corellian sense of individuality made it impossible for him to accept working for an organization like the Guardians for long, and he eventually resigned his position. He then left Kiffu, striking out on his own and utilizing his talents and abilities to become a bounty hunter.
Life as a bounty hunter proved to be most agreeable to Vorian. He could travel the galaxy as he saw fit, in his own ship, and take on whatever job he wanted to, without having to answer to anyone else. During his years as a bounty hunter, he was introduced to the criminal underworld, where he developed a few choice contacts and learned how the world operated outside of the law. This has proven very handy time and again when Vorian needed a little extra help tracking down a particularly slippery bounty.
Recently, Vorian was on a job near Denon when his quarry and several friends of theirs ambushed him. His ship was badly damaged, and he barely made it to Denon in one piece. However, the repair bill for his ship turned out to be more than Vorian could afford, and he has been stuck on Denon ever since, trying to find a way off-world before his bounty's trail ran cold.
Character Traits:
Vorian was taught to respect the law, but his disdain for authority (a product of his Corellian heritage) and his individualistic lifestyle have eroded much of that respect, though he does have a personal code of ethics that he follows. However, while on a hunt, or whenever he feels threatened, he will do whatever it takes to ensure his survival and the successful apprehension of his bounty.
Vorian inherited his father's good-natured Corellian bravado, and he has an easy smile that could possibly be considered charming--if he actually wanted to be charming, that is. He is also not a total loner, and will happily welcome company when he's not focused on completing a job.
Medical History:
Other than a few scars caused by the occasional blaster and vibroknife wound taken during his life as a Kiffu Guardian and a bounty hunter, Vorian is in remarkably good shape. He keeps himself very physically fit, but more because his lifestyle demands it than for any narcissistic reasoning.
