Possible New RPG?
I have been tossing about the idea of having a Harry Potter RPG for quite sometime.
Now before I hear a unanimus "groan" from you all, I was wondering which of you guys would be interested in playing?
Since the summer is coming, my nights will be a little better for playing and I was toying with the idea of running it for the summer.
I know some of you aren't familiar with the Harry Potter universe, but I would take care of all of that. There would be a background and a criteria for us all to follow plus also a list of spells, potions and such for us to go by. Bear in mind that before those of you say "No, I don't know much about it" there are others who have played many other RPG's and not known much about the background of it either...  
Anyway, please let me know your thoughts on this...

I personally wouldn't be able to play.
If you get players from outside our normal ranks, that would be a big plus.

New RPG in the works!
I'm reviving this thread, only because it fits the subject matter of new RPGs.
As most of you know, I am working on a new Star Wars RPG to replace Maverick when it is ready to retire.
Maverick can go on for quite some time, but I think it wil get tired after a while. Same ol' stuff, different place, more or less.
The new game (yet to be titled) will be a spin-off of one of my old games (first one I created in SWEF). It will be a Jedi mixed bag type of game, set during the NJO timeline. (mixed bag meaning not all characters will need to be Jedi)
The setting is in Wild Space not far from Hutt Space (if I recall correctly). There are many worlds and races already established from the old game, and there will likely be new ones introduced, as well.
Details from the old game will be given to anyone who wishes to play this new one. There is a lot to read up on, but it isn't necessary to read any of it to play. It's just available, if needed.
I'll setup a new forum when I'm ready to fully introduce the game. Until then, we can discuss things here.

Obviously, I change my mind sometimes.
I created the new forum for the new game. We will discuss the game in that forum instead.
Of course we could discuss other game ideas here.
