Thanks for the ideas!
I wouldn't mind reusing the SWEF acronym, but I'm beginning to think that may not be the best way to go.
I am planning on going with a one or two word title that has little or nothing to do with the games that are being played or the fact that it's an IRC RPG.
I truly appreciate input on this from everyone. Thanks.

OK, after much thought, and going back and forth with ideas, I have come up with something that decribes us and it does not exist as a domain.
Unified IRC RPGs is the name I thought of, and uircrpg.com or uirpg.com would be the URL for the website.
Variations on this could be:
Unified RPG Group
urpgg.com
Unified IRC RPG Group
uircrpgg.com or uirpgg.com
None of those website exist at this time, so we have a chance at it.
One that does exists but we have an option to use is URPG.
The option we have to use would be urpg.net .
dot com and dot org are taken for that one unfortunately.
What does everyone think about this idea?

Ummm.... No.
I don't normally advertise my craziness.
I emailed the guy who has urpg.com to see if he was actually going to use it or not. I haven't gotten a reply from him yet, though.
URPG.net might be the way we will go.
Unified Role Playing Games will be our new name, unless someone comes up with something so HOT that we have to use it.
I'll make my final decision at the end of the month, so we have 2 weeks to get in any comments or suggestions.

ok, I'm still fiddling around with ideas.
Since roleplaying is like acting (virtually the same thing really), I though of these ideas.
I REALLY want feedback on these.
1. Actrama
2. Dramaction
Both have a bit of action and a bit of drama in the name, which is what we do in our games... action mixed with drama.
What do you think?
