Pinnacle Inc. Preludes for Final Mission 102705
FINAL MISSION
Story:
A small, slim sensor droid zips between asteroids, collecting data. It's small red sensor flashes as it makes it's long range scans of the neighboring system. It's motions are quick and jittery, as it adjusts for the movements of the asteroids. Once it has filled it's storage, it turns and moves out of the field, away from the view of the neighboring system. Another droid can be spotted doing exactly the same thing as the one that left. Then another, and another. The tiny droids seem to fill the field, yet they seem cautious enough to remain hidden for the most part.
On the other side of the system are several ships. One more massive than the rest. The droids speed towards one of the smaller ships. One by one, they enter a small opening in the hull, and disappear. Once all of the droids have returned, the ship begins to move deeper into the system, followed by the others, and the massive fortress ship.
A screen flickers and a reptillian face appears. "Master Drema, are there any specific orders you wish us to carry out?"
A hand reaches to the screen and taps it. "Not as of yet. You will have notice when I decide it. Do not interupt me again." The hand taps the screen again and it goes dark. "Those troublesome creatures will soon outlive their purpose. Then I will be rid of them, once and for all."
"Understood, Master Drema. We are prepared for that time", says the tinny voice of a droid, standing next to the figure in the chair.
"Ah yes. I have so much for you to do, but we must first finish off another pest." The man spins out of his seat and walks out of the darkened room. He has an urgency about him, as he heads for a set of doors at the end of the short corridor. With a wave of his hand, the doors slide apart to reveal the bridge of the ship. Droids work busily at the ship's controls, most using fluid movements in their work. Master Drema takes a seat in a large central chair, and taps on the buttons on it's arm.
The main view screen changes to show a split screen. The right half shows the system that the droids were monitoring, and the left half shows the bridge of another ship. A reptillian face soon comes into focus. "Yes, Master Drema. How can we serve you?"
"You will take your ship ahead to the fifth planet in the neighboring system. Once there, begin a light scale bombardment of all major civilizations there. If you fail me, you will know it, and wish you hadn't." Drema taps the buttons on the arm of his chair again, and the screen returns to a forward view from the ship.
The massive fortress ship accelerates, heading for the fifth planet of the neighboring system. It is heading for Tynna.

Final Mission 102705 - Episode One
EPISODE ONE:
The daylight is hindered by a cloudy sky, and hints of rain coming. The streets are quiet, as the everyday activity is hampered by the weather. Traffic at the spaceport is slow, as the coming storm threatens to put a halt to everything.
Meanwhile, in Pinnacle Inc. Headquarters, The brass sit around an oval conference table, discussing the latest jobs and the clients. There is a sudden buzz at the door, and a guard lets an officer enter. The officer moves to Chairman Gerret Dendrum and shows him a data pad. The Chairman quickly looks the pad over and stands from his seat.
"Gentlemen and Ladies, we have an urgent matter to address. I have just been given information that patrols have spotted a large ship approaching. Unfortunately, the patrols that had witnessed this ship are now destroyed. It seems that we need to prepare for battle at home this time." Dendrum nods to the officer to leave, and watches him hurry out. As the door closes, he turns back to the brass. "Gather your best and call back all operatives that are on assignment. From the report, we don't have long."
The table empties quickly, as the brass move to activate every resource they have to stop the pending attack. Dendrum falls back into his seat, staring at the pad. "We may be lost already."

Final Mission 102705 - Episode Two
EPISODE TWO:
All ships are forming up in small groups of three. Elina and Chasem's two-seater is between two singles, and both Ian and Doon are joined by a gunship. Soon, they will be heading towards the large ship's proposed position, in staggered formations.
Meanwhile, on the edge of the system, a quite large ship inches slowly towards Tynna. It's movement can barely be detected by the naked eye, but it is moving.

Final Mission 102705 - Episode Three
EPISODE THREE:
What's left of the ships are forming up again to attack and board the large fortress ship. The shields of the large ship were weakened, and they should have little trouble entering the landing bay of the large ship.
As the Tynna/Pinnacle forces start their attack, the fleet of ships move into position around the planet to secure it.
Meanwhile, a beat up ship drops from hyperspace and slowly advances towards Tynna. On board is a single Zeltron, named Arani Chianna. So far, her ship is not detected.

Final Mission 102705 - Episode Four
EPISODE FOUR:
Arani Chianna's ship was beat up to start with, but now it is limping quite badly. With the help of Soren, Arani has survived the constant droid ship attacks. At the moment, they are trying to head for safety, but there is very little of that around.
Aboard the huge Regtellian ship, Ian and Naal, along with a few surviving fighter pilots, have taken the bridge and sealed it off. Now they hope to set a self-destruct for the ship and escape, if at all possible.
Meanwhile, on Tynna, few ground forces attempt to gather to defend the planet from invasion. A droid army has already left the capital ships in orbit and are on their way to take control of the planet. The survivors are not well armed, and some are injured badly. They have little hope of defeating the droids, but they have the spirit to try.

Final Mission 102705 - Episode Five
EPISODE FIVE:
Arani Chianna's ship is on it's way to being repaired, after six hours of work. There is still need for finishing touches and testing. Hopefully nothing goes wrong. Night is falling fast on Soren and Arani, as they rush to finish up.
Meanwhile, time has stood still for those aboard the huge Regtellian ship. Ian and Naal, with the few surviving fighter pilots, are still on the bridge and sealed off from the rest of the ship. They only need to set the self-destruct and escape.
Meanwhile, the b attle above Tynna races on. Capital ship against capital ship; and fighters buzzing between them, firing weapons n a fury of light. Some go out with an explosion, while others burn away in Tynna's atmosphere.
