Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Ten
EPISODE TEN:
Mike Talbet has taken Kahlan and Brask to the scientific facility of the province. As they leave the ship, they are met by the facility manager and two security guards.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila are dressed in loose fitting clothing, provided by the Regtellians. The clothes look like pajamas with two simple side pockets in the pants and the shirts are short sleeve and collarless. The greyish brown material has the rough feeling of burlap, which may make them itch.
So far, no one has come to get them, since they got dressed. They have been able to do nothing but wait and talk to each other, if they really wanted to.

Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Eleven
EPISODE ELEVEN:
Mike Talbet and Kahlan are waiting to see if Brask is still in one piece, after the explosion in the self contained lab took place. Dr. Haplan insists they wait because the lift will not operate until sensors determine it is safe to go up to that level.
Brask, on the other-hand is experiencing odd sensation inside and is having trouble with his coordination. The numbness he feels is a direct result from being magnetized. The other odd feelings are just side-effects that could wear off, depending on how soon he can remove the piece of debris from his chest.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila are back in their clothes and on the navigation deck of the Regtellian fortress. So far, the mobile fortress has demolished what was left of another being's outpost, as they advance into space that is unknown to them. Only Ian and Trila have a clue to where they are headed. If the current course and velocity continues, they would arrive at the Critin System within the next two days.

Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Twelve
EPISODE TWELVE:
Mike Talbet has taken Kahlan and Brask back to the Field Marshall's headquarters. They are expected to make a report of their findings, and what they say in their report will have an effect on what can happen to Commodore Symteria.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila are just approaching the debris field in the Regtellian pod. They had managed to destroy the Regtellian fortress ship and escape in one piece. Now they must get through the debris field without having a repeat of what happened to them in the previous shuttle.
Unbeknownst to most people, Dimitri Shashikov has called together all of the Commodore's officials, in Trelina, to discuss the state of the government and what must be done to release the Commodore from the Field Marshall's clutches. Also discussed will be the contingence plan of what will take place if the Commodore expires.

Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Thirteen
EPISODE THIRTEEN:
Kahlan and Brask are in holding cells at the moment. Brask has damaged his cell, and guards are there to move him to another one. Will they be able to move Brask safely? Will the new cell hold him, or will he just damage that one as well?
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila are on a dock on the Trelina harbor. A small shuttle is headed for them. Are the people in the shuttle someone who they want to meet, or should they run for their lives?
Still unknown to the Pinnacle Inc. group, Dimitri Shashikov and all of the Commodore's officials have decided what must be done to release the Commodore from the Field Marshall's side of the border. They also have a plan for what happens if he is found dead or dies while being released.

EPISODE FOURTEEN:
Kahlan is still in her holding cell, while Brask is making his way through the corridors to reach her, and possibly help her get out.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila have met up with Dimitri and Will. They have been told the plan to enter the Field Marshall's territory and break out Brask, Kahlan and the Commodore. Will is to lead the mission. Since Brask and Kahlan's lives are at stake, they readily agree to go in.

Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Fifteen
EPISODE FIFTEEN:
Brask has managed to break Kahlan out of her cell, but they now need to find a way off the holding level. So far, they have met some force at the lift, but fell back to avoid further injuries on either side. The lift is the only way in and out. Someone has some serious problem with adding emergency exits to some of the levels, it seems.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila have left Will and his fellow agents. They had decided to separate without telling Will, since he was telling them even less about the mission. They are now headed to the Field Marshall's headquarters, where they last saw Brask and Kahlan.

Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Sixteen
EPISODE SIXTEEN:
The holding cell level is still pitch dark. Only Brask is able to see, though his vision is dim. His attempts at opening the lift doors to access the shaft have been all but productive, but he continues to try, since it seems to be their only possible way off that level.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila are on the rooftop of the next building over, planning to cross over to attempt a rescue. So far, Trila has managed to gather material for the grapple, but not for the line they need for climbing across. However, they still have the obstacle of the guards on the opposite roof.
Elsewhere, Will Cain and his agents have managed to infiltrate the hospital, and have found the Commodore. Commodore Symteria has been under heavy sedation since he had emerged from his bacta tank the day before. Will has found his room and exterminated the guards there. They are now preparing to take the Commodore back home.

EPISODE SEVENTEEN:
The number of escapees has been deminished by three, last time we left our heroes. They have not gotten much further than they were before, but they now know of another way out of the holding cell level.
Meanwhile, Ian and Trila had made it to the rooftop and are their way down the inside, doing their best to not be found right away.
Elsewhere, Will Cain and his agents have been fighting to get out of the hospital, after acquiring Commodore Symteria. They are currently pinned down in one of the corridors leading from the bacta labs.

EPISODE EIGHTEEN:
The group is back together once again, but still need to get out of the building and out of the territoy. With luck, they might even find Will Cain and help him out of the Field Marshall's territory, as well.
Meanwhile, Will Cain and his agents have fought their way out of the hospital, with Commodore Symteria being helped along. They are down to Will and one other agent. Carrying the Commodore is bogging them down, as the Field Marshall's troops take chase.

Preludes for Assignment 060905 - Episode Nineteen
EPISODE NINETEEN:
The group speeds along the streets, keeping one turn ahead of the troops and the few tanks sent to bring them down. The speeder has taken a few hits and is not running the best, leaving Trila to find a good place to ditch it so that they can still make it on foot.
Meanwhile, Will Cain and his agent have managed to find a break and are heading for the border between the territories. His current path will take him very close to Pinnacle's path.
