 Austin or Bust!
so finally!
Me and Israel after many heart attacks and panic attacks got approved for the apartment we want in Austin!
It's fantastical! Lots of windows, a dry bar, a wet bar, lots of shelving, a huge-ass mirror wall, an outdoor patio, washer/dryer hookups, and a dishwasher! yay!
So we've put in our 2 weeks notice at our job. I hope they find replacements for us quickly! There's lots to teach. All this work stuff comes easy for us because we've been here longer and had more time to experience different things, but I don't think 2 weeks is long enough to train someone in this field. There's just so muuuuch. But anyways, not my problem. I think that if this new company we work for offered us a significant raise, me and Israel would have stayed longer, but ah well. I'm over it.
So our move in date is Saturday, April 21st. Crystal is coming!!! She's the only person who's offered to help us move. It's funny how all our other friends just kinda slipped into the shadows. But generally, people do that anyways when others need help moving. Moving is a *****!
We've got a long list of things to do, and I have no idea where to start. Anyone want to bring us a couch or a kitchen table? Maybe a chair or 2? It's going to be like college living for awhile, but we'll be alright.
So that's our update!
We've moving to Austin!!

Anyway, have fun in Austin. Its a beautiful town.

we're here! Apartment is awesome, we got a bunch of people to help us move all that stuff out of the truck, and now we're going through the process of unpacking and finding out what we need to survive.
that poor entertainment center made it, but it too unstable now to support the big tv. so today we're hoping to find a decent entertainment center that won't fall apart. heheh.

I'll post ours, too!
now if only i could find my USB cable...
we've put together the dining set, which looks FABULOUS. (Crystal helped with that) and we put our lil bamboo placemats and a huge bowl of fruit on it. It's very nice. We had dinner together for the first time tonight on it. Shrimp alfredo and some breadstuffs.
Today we did a bunch of grocery shopping! Yay!
And we got a new entertainment center, one much more stable and aesthetically pleasing.
Slowly but surely it's coming along!

Sounds like you might be enjoying this move a little too much. Naah, you'll miss Lawton so much you'll be back in 6 weeks.
Lol, anyway, hope you take photos of your new place.
But you know, it just hit me. Are you going to need the fireplace in Austin? Kind of like having an AC in the W.I.

hehe, i don't think we'll be coming back in that little time... maybe to visit?
Today there's crazy storms about to happen, they're saying tornado tornado tornado! I thought we escaped those! We'll see though.
I'm currently uploading all my pics from parties and moving. Coming up shortly!
