Conference Calls
I just want to say that conference calls for AT&T are retarded. I'm currently on Live Meeting and speakerphone with them to learn how to order T-1 lines through their new weborder tool.. it took them 15 minutes to explain how to set up and account and get your email address. In all actuality, it's self-explanatory if you just LOOK at how their process works. You just fill in the spots with a ** next to them! That normally means it's a required field, right?
So anyways, I'm not really paying attention, kind of just staring at the screen as they type stuff on the Live Meeting... I'm not sure why I'm doing this... my boss said that it is mandatory that one of the girls do this conference. Funny, considering i'm not gonig to be at this company for long! Eeee! And this program that i'm learning doesn't even pertain to our company. We're already got a set system to do the ordering that we need from AT&T.
So, there's my lil rant about how dumb AT&T can be.
