Re: my own thread, ya happy now?
is she just taking a break? or are you guys still talking? any potential of stuff getting back to the way it was? I know you were all elated and stuff...
and did you ever admit how you felt about her? and if you did... did she return the feelings?
(i'm nosey, sorry, but i know it feels good to talk about how you feel when it comes to the love stuff)

Re: my own thread, ya happy now?
a break possibly - i just need to ****ing talk to her, which i haven't really done since ****ing Thursday.
There's definitely potential, b/c yes I did tell her how i felt and she reciprocated. That was probably my first mistake.

Re: my own thread, ya happy now?
you think that scared her away once it snuck in? Because well, no offense, but it takes alot to get to your soft side. I commend her for delving so deep into your heart like that.
I'm not one to give advice, but give it a couple weeks, let her have her space, and see where she stands. It'll probably drive you crazy for that whole time, but if you do that, you show her respect for her wishes. Girls dig that.

Re: my own thread, ya happy now?
I've really been trying to give her space...but I bought her something for Valentine's day already that I really want her to have... I have backed up a good bit, seriously.
thing is, it wasn't so hard for her to get to my soft side...you'd just have to know this girl.
she kinda sorta brought it up first...you know how these things go.

Re: my own thread, ya happy now?
Women need to quit playing guys. I mean, once your in your mid 20's, people should really take relationships alot more seriously. Either you're gonna try to make it work, or your not. At least thats how I feel. Good luck with that Bing, I know how it is to be cool one day, and then feel like your heart is broken the next.
If you need to just get away, you should come visit us in Austin. Once we get all our tax **** in the mail, we should be able to move. Either way, regardless of how many "aggressive negotiations" we have, I still want to be a close friend. Regardless of your poor taste in music, which we all get from time to time, you're a super cool guy.
Anyway, good luck with the girl/woman/female thing. I know you can't or don't even wanna think about your guy friends the way you think about her, but they (guy friends) are your best ally in dealing with this. I wouldn't really listen to bad advice or anything, but drinkin' a beer with the guys, and doing something different... like bowling or some ****... can really help.
I am lucky to have someone like Amanda in my life. I know that you will find someone for you someday that will just ****in' work the **** out. No bull****, just work out.
But yeah, I agree with Amanda about the give her space thing. And really, it may only be a test on your patience. But who's to say one way or the other, besides you. I never met her.
I really dig waffles. I wish I had some right now. All buttery and softy and cruncy and maplesyrupy. Mmmmmm boy, I could eatemallup.
I wish I could lick my self like this guy---->
