window cling printing...
I just received a pack of the Clear Inkjet Window Cling sheets. Do I print on the glossy side or the non-glossy side? If I print on the non-glossy side, I should print in reverse (iron-on transfer mode), right?
Thanks for any help.

Re: window cling printing...
Just did a test on the paper... if it matters to anyone, the non-glossy side runs... the glossy side seems to be the side to use...

Duh!
Okay, so I finally realized that the 'non-glossy' side is actually the backing of the window cling and it peels off. So, were you all just waiting for me to figure that out for myself?

Re: Duh!
Sorry, zonedude. We keep forgetting to put the instruction sheets in the cling packages. Whether you print the image mirrored depends on whether you are placing them on the inside or outside of a window.
If you run into a problem with any of our products your best bet is to drop us an email. You'll get an answer quicker. Our board host has been having some issues with our getting notifications when new messages are posted so if we don't check every day we miss some!

Re: Duh!
Actually - this one is really directed to "Crafty" - but I hope the answer will help others avoid the problem I had.
I used the window clings about two years ago. I live full time in my fifth wheel trailer and am a lighthouse freak, so I made four as sunchasers for my picture window. They were gorgeous, but after moving into more humid weather on another job, the inks started running and bleeding together, actually dripping down my window and were a mess to clean up. I was really sick when I pulled them down as they were so cheery.
Since then, I've seen a spray offered by The Crafty PC. Before using it, I have a couple of questions -
1) Will the inkjet ink eventually 'bleed' into the spray product?
2) If not, just how many coats should I use? I have an Epson photo inkjet printer.
I'm eager to hear yoour feedback, as I really want to create more and have requests for them as well. Than you in advance.
Vicki
