Off Duty Cop in troublin Chicago after DUI
Chicago Police detective Joseph Frugoli pleaded not guilty in court after being charged with reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence.
As an aside, if you require a superb Chicago dui lawyer
then might I suggest one Mathew Miller, he is top-drawer in this regard.
The plea was entered in connection with the crash he was involved in crashing his sport utility vehicle into a car that was parked along side the expressway. The crash killed two people identified as Andrew Cazares age 23 and Fausto Manzera age 21, that were both residents of Chicago.
According to prosecutors the Chicago police officer that has been relieved of his duties say Frugoli’s blood alcohol level was some three times the legal limit at the time of the crash. They also state that the officer tried to flee the scene of the crash after a person passing by the crash helped him from the vehicle and he was apprehended a short time later.
As it stands now, he has pleaded not guilty is free on half a million bucks on bail and has been relieved of his duties.
