I used to do a bit of home brewing myself, mostly ciders and stouts (my favorite by far), but haven't reall gotten in to it, with the heat in the summer and colder than a witched *** in a brass bra over the winter. Fortunately, on one of my trips to Santa Barbara, I found a micro-brew that makes some great stouts, although they have one called "Ironman" that could pass for a straight up whiskey (the smell and taste). That stuff will pout you on your butt in a hurry emoticon emoticon emoticon
