Re: Harder beverages

I have two favorite beers, Killkenney and Murphy's Irish Stout. Does anyone know where in the USofA I can buy it?? The only places that I have it are in foreign countries.
As for a stiff drink, Jose Gold and I go way back!! Just don't give me anything with a worm in it emoticon But while I was stationed in Japan you wouldn't see me without Saki(sp)

But now I'm just a beer drinker (occasionally) and once in a while I'll have a daquarri with my wife.

Tom, I had a glass of Murphy's in a bar in DC a few years ago. Man it was good. I've never seen it any othe place than this bar - and I forget which it was. Not a big drinker anymore, and could never stomach Guiness. But Murphy's, yum.

I can stomach a Guiness or two. I'll have to look out for the Murphy's.

Back in the day, I enjoyed dark beers and english ales. St. Paulie Girl dark and Bass or Tetley's Ale were the favorites. Tequilla and I were also very close friends emoticon

I enjoy an occasional beer, often a Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat Beer or a Killian's Red.

I like a good German wheat beer like Miesels Crystal Visen. Very flavorful.

Better late than never Tom. I know I have seen this beer somewhere and can't remember where it was. This may help.

I prefer Single Malt Scotches such as Oban or Tallisker with my English Blends, but being a beer drinker I prefer the Dark English Ales with my Virginia Blends.

Port or Merlot with the few and I mean few aromatics I smoke (mainly McClellands Captain Cool and Mellow Mack). emoticon
