Re: Box pass revisited
It went out in the mail monday Ted. You should have it soon. This will work, I have faith in everyone. The last time was just a fluke. On the whole, I have never met a fellow brother of the briar that I couldnt trust.

Re: Box pass revisited
This is going to be a good one.
The last one of these I was in (not counting the earlier one here) was the one at GFO a couple of years ago. That went sour simply because of the large number of people in it.

Re: Box pass revisited
The box has landed! Our lysdexic part-time mail carrier delivered it....to a house about 2 miles from here! The folks there were good enough to hunt up our phone number from the address and give us a call....I picked it up this evening.
I'll be going through it in the next couple of days, cleaning and buffing the pipes, as well as adding a few items from my stash of goodies. I'll figure a route for the pass and post that, along with a final contents list around mid-week.
There's some mighty nice stuff in here folks....anyone not yet in....you have two days to let me know.

Re: Box pass revisited
OK....I'm putting together the rotation for the pass. So far, this is what I have:
Rob Anderson...Sedalia Indiana
Steve Greathouse...Licking, Missouri
Tim Haviland...West Plains, Missouri
Jim Gavin...Salem Oregon
Roger Price...Huachuca City, Arizona
Ken Wilson...El Mirage, Arizona
Brandon Labudde...Phoenix, Arizona
Ted Haviland...Summersville, Missouri
Burl Brooks...Millmont, Pensylvania
Tom Haviland...Laton, California
Tom is at sea right now for the ships shake-down cruise, and will be back off the ship in April for two weeks before leaving again for six months. That should be about the time it gets to the bunch in Arizona, maybe a bit sooner. We need to squeeze him in at that time, so whoever has the box when he gets home will send it to him, and he will send it on to the next person in line at that time....is this OK with all?
I have some pictures of most of the goodies...will post them Monday....this is when the box goes out. There will be a full list of names and complete addresses in the box when you get it. Check off your name and list your puts and takes there. Also post them here so we can all follow the progress of the pass...that's half the fun! If you see a problem with the schedule, please let me know and I'll try to get things rearranged.
That's it folks! We're about to get under way again!!!
