some reviews of tinned blends
Bulk is cheaper, but I love buying tinned tobacco. These are all blends I've smoked at least one full tin of, and wrote down a few notes about. You'll notice a lack in use of the word "cloying".
McClelland Pal O’ Mine – smells strong in the tin, tastes ok and burns good. no goop and Jodi says it smells great.
McClelland Frog Morton on the Town – smoky, but also sort of a sweet taste. I love this stuff. Jodi says it smells pretty good.
McClelland Mellow Mack – good burley taste, smells great. Best aromatic so far.
Mac Baren Navy Flake – smells like honey in the tin, kind of sweet taste, room note ok. Don’t rub out or it burns hot.
Mac Baren Dark Twist – Great VA, but smoke slow or it will burn hot. Makes a pipe smell great afterwards. Kind of spicy but sweet.
GL Pease Caravan – pretty good smoke once it’s dried a bit. Doesn’t taste too heavy on the Latakia. Jodi says it stinks.
GL Pease Haddo’s Delight – Tastes great, super smooth, strong. 1 year old tin better than new tin. Jodi says it stinks.
GL Pease Barbary Coast – really good burley, I like the smell, Jodi does not. Don’t pack, just scoop and light.
Samuel Gawith Commonwealth – Really smooth for being 50% latakia. Burns cool and dry. Jodi says it stinks. Best English so far.
McClelland Frog Morton Across the Pond – sweet and smoky, tastes and smells great. Needs to dry a bit. Best English so far, better than Commonwealth. Jodi says it smells pretty decent.

Nice reviews.
I love Commonwealth and it's smell.

Re: some reviews of tinned blends
Very well done Brandon, and greatly appreciated. Karen has had three sinus surgeries and is still plugged up 90% of the time. Bad for her, but the up side for me is that she can't smell any of my pipes.

Re: some reviews of tinned blends
Thanks for this. It's always better to read a straightforward opinion of what you smoke than some of the fussy comments on Tobacco Reviews by a reviewer who then declares that he doesn't ever like the type of blend he's just reviewed!

Re: some reviews of tinned blends
Thanks for those reviews, I have tried some of them.
As jim said much more practical reviews, you really cut to the chase.
Regards to all.

Re: some reviews of tinned blends
Nice job Brandon. I even agree with most of your reviews.
