Started the day with GLPease Westminster in an old, bedraggled Peterson "K" Briar OS that I've had forever. It got topped at some time in its life prior to my getting it, and there's a small hole in the bottom of the stem right in front of the bit, but it's a sweet old smoker. I usually only smoke it in the cooler months...dedicated to my heavy lat blends.

I'm smoking a new blend that I just picked up a few days ago, C&D Sunday Picnic. It reminds me a lot of Patriot Flake, and a little bit like Christmas Cheer. It's very good.

Started the day with Nightcap in the Dunhillman meerschaum and Irish Breakfast tea. Have Erinmore Flake in the John Bull meerschaum for the drive home. Later gang! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Sorry 'bout your Phillies Johnny...they just got out-played. emoticon There's a tin of Nightcap and a tin of EMP in the cellar....last of the breed here. Have about an oz of each in the rotation...nursing them both.

Thursday's first smoke was Jimbo's Home Brew in the Bear's Den heart-n-antler with Irish Breakfast tea in the mug. Have the wild thing and the pickax, along with Evening Stroll for this afternoon.

Looking toward the weekend...s'posed to be warm! emoticon emoticon emoticon
