Me as an English Gentleman
I shaved off my beard yesterday, but before I did so Mallary and I had some fun and I gave myself "friendly mutton chops" and threw on some old clothes to become a "proper" English gentleman. She posed me in the backyard for this one. LOL
Ted - that's the Sav Oom Paul you gifted me.

Re: Me as an English Gentleman
That is C-O-O-L! An "English dandy" for sure (although Jimbo and Peter might have something to say in that regard...).
The sepia tones really give it an 19th Cen. feel along with the stone wall and garden fountain. Not a bad old pipe either.....

Re: Me as an English Gentleman
That is great Johnny.
My local pub in Kent has a few regulars dressed in the same attire.
Love the "Mutton Chops".

Re: Me as an English Gentleman
Nice look Johnny. Gee, a beard with no gray in it, how odd. Perhaps you shaved the gray.

Re: Me as an English Gentleman
Great pic.
Is that a deerstalker in your hand?
I love the look.

Re: Me as an English Gentleman
It just struck me what is missing in that picture Johnny. A four-in-hand tie....and spats!

Re: Me as an English Gentleman
You are right Ted - that would perfect it.
Rob, it is a deerstalker. I work with a guy from England and I asked him to buy me one last year when he went back. He went to Bates Hat shop to get it, apparently it is an old-fashioned hat shop (maybe the Brits know it?)
Cost me a pretty penny, I'll tell ya that, LOL.

p.s. Scott, photoshop does wonders LOL
