Newby Here
Hello everyone. I'm Bakerman....new to the forum and very new to the great pleasure of pipe smoking. I've tried smoking a pipe a few times before but this weekend I had the pleasure to meet The Bear, and he introduced me to some nice tobaccos.....I think I'm hooked.
It was not only a weekend of good smoking but I had my first taste of fly fishing....now I'm double hooked.....pipe tobacco and fly fishing.
I've been an avid cigar smoker for a number of years and I've enjoyed it thourghly. I'm sure there is room for one more pleasure and I look forward to sampling some of the great pipe tobaccos of the world.
I haven't had much time to explore this forum but I intend to, and I hope to gain more knowlege of pipes and pipe smoking.

Hi Bakerman. Welcome to a great little place. I'm also fairly new to fly fishing, about a year now. Just wait, soon you'll be tying flies and you'll really be hooked. I started to save a little money...boy was I wrong.

Dummy, huh?? Well, you're right, I looked at the "other" left. 
Thanks again, my friend, for a wonderful time. You and Pat sure made me feel "at home". I look forward to the next time I get to visit with you.....and I especially look forward to that yummy breakfast buffet.
