Try DAWGR's method... gently blow back into the pipe every once in awhile. I have no idea if any of my pipes pass a cleaner, cuz I never need to do it. Oom Pauls never pass a cleaner no-how, but even when I smoke my straighter pipes, I never really run a cleaner while I'm smoking. Just send that moisture back where it came from!

I also think that reverse puffing help the tobacco to burn nice and even - much easier to burn a whole bowl without a relight.

Re: blowing back thru a pipe. I have some nice little holes in some of my shirts and pants from that.
