For now I would say JT.
1. At present their tariffs are cheaper.
2. JT own all the infrastructure, so unless C&W can afford to and get permission to dig up all the roads to lay their own cables, we will technically all still be using JT.
Either way hears hoping for a good run for their money though, so no matter who ends on top, the competition benefits us consumers of both sides in the long.
Never the less I'm awaiting the broad band war.
