Before you make assumptions and start being an asshole, know this: I read every bit of your post. What I was saying is that a stat especially one like charisma can be taken in many different ways. And yes stats affect many aspects of the game. I never said I would roleplay myself having a higher stat than I did, that would be cheating and something I'd see from the 'tard group. As Syfer I never played my self being very charismatic, at social scenes I was reclusive and wanted to get down to business. Like Ryan said, you didn't follow me because I was charismatic, you followed me because I was smart and made good choices for the group. Stats have an impact on role playing but there isn't a set personality someone has to have if they have a low stat. I don't know if I will be the leader in Ryan's group or not, but I am it will be a result of my intelligence and judgement, not my charisma.
Also, yes this is a character discussion thread but not a place to discuss rules of the game, if you want to start a alignment/stat discussion thread, be my guest. This part of the forum is certainly not for trolling.

both of u fail, i didnt make the rules...
it says plainly in the text... cha determines how well u can lead.
cody u clearly didnt read what i wrote otherwise u wouldnt have said quote:

for another ryan int does not replace cha... u can come up with good ideas if ur smart... that doesnt make u the leader, and i never said the person with the highest cha should lead, but i am saying the person with the lowest cha that is also below average has no place leading a party. and as u have said if ur gonna have a nerfed stat u should rp well... just like mike.
and finally dont ever question me on why i take lvls of anything i have my own reasons for taking them and they r none of ur business. if u were MY dm then u can question them so as far as i can tell its not ur place to ask.

If you keep this bull **** up in Andy's group their gonna rip you apart, you're forgetting the nu,ber one rule about role playing and DnD its the DM's final decision and not the books, THEIR GUIDELINES! Thats the marvel of DnD since it was made, you get to decide how things are done. And maybe you should learn how to play a leader before you say anthing else about it.

that was jareds... im trying him out with andys only im building him a bit differently... i think im gonna multi class into ranger as well... well i have until i lvl to decide
key difference between the 2

stats are a bit different but still going with the high dex thing (andys i have a higher int, jareds i have a lower cha)

I'm kinda questioning alignment right now for Al. I want to be kinda friendly in a way and good natured but not entirely caring about say, a thief stealing from a random person...I want to play a more....removed kind of character. So, what would be my alignment?
