bane is a special character, it would be more like the BBEG in a campaign so it would be one of ryans asshole super enemies, like zoufyre (spell?!?!) having UNLIMITED free actions as well as immediate actions and everything he wants to do gets turned into a free/immediate action.

no seriously, the spell wish is out, they might add in some artifact that grants a wish or something but players can not achieve the ability to cast wish themselves

meh, wishes arent so bad. As I recall, a couple of gnome psions were able to unload the woopins upon xaufire without too many issues. He was a pansy SOB afterall.
