There is still no official version and it looks unlikely there will ever be one at the moment. There seems to be some confussion over both the issues of who holds the English copyright and whether an English master still exists. Certainly out of the methods you can get the cartoon at the moment (I have the DivX and Tim Skutt's versions and have seen the MCoG weekly version) Tim's is by far the best option. He took the pictures from the Japanese DVDs (mainly) and added the audio from some people self recorded VHS tapes but also cleaned up the audio in the process. The end result is a nice version that can almost rival some of the official versions. Well it certainly betters the Canadian version Tim sent me a sample of. Please don't buy sets from eBay you will get ripped off. Either try Tim directly, he is in the States though (contray to what someone previously posted) or if you want the DivX version I will copy them for you if you send me a couple of DVDs. Tim was charging £20 without boxes or £25 with when I got my set. If you can't afford his prices email me and we can arrange something. I have checked with Tim and he does not mind. The last set I sent out was for £10 and that was both Tim's set and the DivX. With £5 been money that I am going to forward onto Tim (again he knows this).
