Just twice, once as a child in the 80's, the second this time when i d/l every episode through bit torrent and isohunt.
Coming up for a third though as i need to watch it again!

Im on about no. 5 now :P However , episodes such as "The Jade Mask" "The Manuscript" and "The Reunion" must be on...oooh 10/15+ :P
I think its because eachof these has a distinct flashback scene or something special about it. Papa Camayo's Story, Mendoza making the "connection" and just the scene with the feathered serpent statue ...great stuff

I really couldn't say how many times..... It's been a lot, I know that... I watch it all the way through, then not watch it again for a while......then do it all over again... It seems everytime I do that, I catch something I missed the times before... Whether it be a blemish/glitch, distortion of fact, word or phrase I didn't pay attention to before, or chuckle at something absurdly silly....

yeah the Jade Mask is the episode ive watched the most, it just brings back soo many memories, it was this episode on an old tape of MCoG i had when i was a kid and i just used to watch it over and over again until it screwed up lol

oh yeah i was really gutted! i hadnt touched it for years then one day i just thought id stick it on to relive a few memories, all i heard was this chewing up sound and it was lost forever 
Only a few years back did i eventually get to rewatch the whole series after searching it on the web, and im sooo glad ive got the whole lot

I watched all the episodes right through and now I am rewatching the earliest episodes over and over... I've watched episode 1 about 5 times over the weekend with stop-starts and freeze-frames to catch all the facial expressions and dialogue...
