Addicted to MCoG? Here's some symptoms: How do you know that you’re addicted to MCoG? As I am typing this pathetic document, I am also multi-tasking by watching the episodes all over again in windowed sessions.
Is it my love for Esteban, Zia and Tao? In my hope that a new episode will suddenly show up that I have not watched yet.
Do you feel depressed when Esteban or Zia are sad?
I cannot think about anything else except of the high quality of the drawings and the attractive music that current day cartoons lack.
Do you want to meet Esteban in the flesh?
Do you want to name your first born Esteban or Zia?
What about visiting South America or Barcelona? I know that I want to live in Machu Pichhu or Patagonia.
Do you feel sad when thinking about the 16th Century and want to go back to that time?
Are you single? And feel lonely when Esteban and Zia hold each-other’s hands?
You feel sad when you’re not watching MCoG, yet when the documentaries get shown your sadness reaches another level from wanting to visit South America?
You want to sail through the Magellan Straights to see how rough it is?
You want to grow your hair to make you look like Esteban? Grow a beard like Gomez? Drastic measures: plastic surgery as well?
You start singing bits of the theme song on a regular basis?
Whenever the sun shines you try to look for Esteban, child of the sun?
You want to paint your body gold and worship the sun?
You have set your desktop to be compatible with the Cities of Gold, including the theme song when you log on?
You attach a “Warning” label on the VCDs / DVDs / VHS tapes about how addictive the series is? Especially to warn other people.
Re: Addicted to MCoG? Here's some symptoms: Woohoo, fellow fans of the children.
I do remember Esteban when the sun shines... but it's often unusual anyway, as one lives in the Pacific Northwest. And I've a desktop... plus I've wanted to go to a con as Gomez, since he's one of the few characters I know I can dress up as who has a beard. ^^;
Still, I think one of the freakier signs I'm addicted to MCoG is that I constantly get this irritating nag to send my sequel concepts to the original creators. I've heard they lacked a good story.
Re: Addicted to MCoG? Here's some symptoms: One of my friends keeps telling me I am addicted just because I am trying to get a few collectables. Anyone know where to find a life size golden condor?
Re: Addicted to MCoG? Here's some symptoms: I like watching all the characters, but I love (erk!) Tao most because he's exactly the sort of character I like: very intelligent, knowledgeable, ingenious and the last of his kind.
