Me too please! Can't speak for Alex but it involves food so he's likely to be up for it!

Okey dokey, we've had a couple on conversations about driving up and parking etc. I've just had a quote of £29 to park for the stay in Bristol whilst we're away. What have other people got planned? I'm happy to take a car full.

Must admit ive got nothing planned, i would be happy to drive a car full or be a willing passenger.

When we went to malta we had it organised that people from the same side of town traveled together and we met up at the airport which seemed to work quite well, maybe worth meeting up to discuss whos traveling with whom then decide from that whos driving.

Ive been recommended an italian restaurant in Amsterdam. Personally, with the marathon the next morning Im going to need a pasta meal on the Saturday night!! its called casa di david (www.casadidavid.com). Have a look and see what you all think. Im happy to book it if people interested.

That place looks really good! I think you should go ahead and book it as soon as possible as everyone else in Amsterdam who's running on Sunday will have the same idea. emoticon

Hi El,

I echo Martin's comments - you're doing very well at researching.

Another quick query - I've heard that it's best to book Anne Frank. I would really like to go. Is it worth trying to organise a mini Amsterdam meet to do things like organise transport, ascertain if people want to do things like Anne Frank so we can then book etc? That way non-forumers like Geoff and Cherry can get a say too.

Ta! C
