Re: New Forest Marathon 2009
Yes, best of luck everyone. The training seemed to go very well for all, so we hope there will be a large amount of pbs notched up!
Isn't interval training great fun? wednesday wont quite be the same without someone (you know who you are (mike)) bellowing orders?!

Re: New Forest Marathon 2009
Good luck to all that are running the new forest marathon & half marathon i hope you all achieve your personal goals.
Collectivly if you can make sure that someone gets to take a team photo that would be fantastic.

Re: New Forest Marathon 2009
Another superb club weekend, with us all getting together on Saturday night for dinner - thanks to El for organising that.
I've posted results and a report separately but special credit must go to the three full marathon first timers - Sallie, Keely and Sandra.
I know that some photos were taken but with both races starting at different times and people staying in various locations, getting everybody together in one place at the same time was never going to happen.

Re: New Forest Marathon 2009
As Mike has said, a good weekend with some great results, a fine effort by all.
Mike your carb loading obviously worked for you! I might have to try it in preparation for the next race.
I have posted a number of photos on the RFRC Facebook page
