Treasure Hunt August 6th
Hi everybody
Here is another BIG challenge for you:
a Taunton Treasure Hunt on Thursday August 6th. We well meet at Belvedere carpark as usual at 6.30. You'll be split into teams with mixed ability running level - just to make sure this is not mixed up with a serious running competition! and you'll be given the clues and a map of Taunton. You will have to come back at a certain time and the team that has completed most questions correctly will receive as a....
SURPRISE!
So I hope you'll put this date in your diary and I'll give you more information later on.

Hi everyone
Elena here. I'm back from my holiday and ready to get the Treasure Hunt going I hope you are ready as well.
Just to refresh your memory:
Meeting on Thursday 6th August (that's this Thursday!) at 6.30pm in Belvedere Rd Car Park.
The Hunt will take about 2 hours, till about 8.30 + drink at the Coal Orchard.
You don't need to wear your running kit, but it would be better if you wear trainers.
You will receive detailed instructions on the night.
Hope you can make it!

Thanks for organising last night's treasure hunt Elena, and Rich and Alex, we all really enjoyed it.
The best bit was having to find the secret box and work out the padlock code from the clues, but it was all good. I'd certainly like to do this again.

Our best bit was watching Ian dangle over the wall trying to retrieve the secret box which someone knocked off the wall onto the other side!
The 'surprise' for winning it was very welcome too.
