2009 Marathon Training Runs
First interim training run will be Monday 22nd June 6pm, Belvedere Road; 5 to 6 miles at 9.5 minute miling. If you can't make this night, El and Sandra will be doing a similar run the following night (Tuesday); you'll have to speak to them directly though (one of them should be at the Sunday morning 9.30am training run).

I waited from 6pm until 6.30pm but no-one turned up.
Whilst I've now made other arrangements, if anyone wants to do an interim run next week, post the details on this thread.

Whats the plan for this Sunday? The RW plan we are following says a race pace 10k. I need to know to decide what the rest of my runs will be this week!!

Sunday's run (restlesslegs) would be 11 miles at about 9.30min- miling. We tend to use Sunday for distance work.

Monday 6th July 09 Marathon Training Run
