posticon Monday 20th July, 6.30pm - Easy 6 mile jog, Belvedere Rd

Hi, in keeping with the marathon training programme (and no-one correct me as I've not actually referred to it before writing this) a group of us are doing a nice easy 6 mile jog tomorrow (Monday) night. We'll meet at Belvedere Road for a 6.30pm departure to give everyone enough time to get back from work.

Monday 27th July 6.15pm light 6 mile jog

The plan is to go for a little jog next monday evening, 6.15pm from Blevedere Road. (This will, of course, depend on how people feel after Sunday morning's run.)

If you're interested, let me know by reply to this thread (will also raise it after Sunday's run). If I don't get a response though, I'll probably make other arrangements.

Remember, although it's my flagpole, it's up to you whether to salute it. emoticon

Re: 2009 Marathon Training Runs

I have been out the loop for a bit, is this sunday a fast 13? I thought we had decided on swapping around with a longer run as many have been away. I need to plan the rest of my running week (I have been very lazy over the last week or so)

Re: 2009 Marathon Training Runs

That was the two weeks just gone. It's business as usual now with a 20 miler leaving the car park at 8.30. There will be an option to cut the distance to just under 16 towards the end.

Is anyone going for a breakfast/beer after this Sunday (30/8) run? I wont be here next week so fancied getting one breakfast in before the group starts winding down!
