Sunday 9th March
For anyone interested we're going to tackle the half marathon route (2008). Nothing too quick but just a chance to get to grips with the route.
Provisionally a start time of 14:30 at the bus bay outside SCAT.

hi john, sorry i cant make sunday 9th as the other half has got poker tornament so ive no childcare. but i can do sunday 16th morning or afternoon?. also read in the gazette last week the route will be changed slightly due to safety reasons.it reads as follows...Instead of the run down wellington road to the finish line at somerset college,this years race goes through bishops hull to silk mills road and along heron drive.Other changes see the loop through wood street and french weir scrapped,with competitors staying on staplegrove road,while they will turn left at bradford-on-tone to join the A38 at three bridges instead of heatherton park.

Thanks for the info - we'll miss you on the run though!
By the looks of the published schedule on www.runningforeverrunningclub.co.uk it looks like we'll be upto the full distance a week or so after anyhow.

Was just reading on the 'races' section about the Salisbury 10 miler-how are you going to manage to run them both on the same day-you must be clever/mad/v fit!!!!

I'm no longer going to Salisbury :-( but am doing the Taunton half route instead.
Why doesn't it surprise me that women saw the clash...lol ;-)
