SUNDAY 30 MARCH 2008
This Sunday's club run will be a very gentle 7/8 miles followed by breakfast at the Coal Orchard for anyone who's interested. All are welcome, including non-runners.
If anyone's got a route they'd like to do please say so, otherwise I guess I'll manage to come up with one on the morning.
Judging by the weather forecast for Sunday, it may be wise to bring a change of clothing if you're planning to eat afterwards.
See you at the car park at 9.30.
