9.30am Sunday Non-Marathon Run (27th July08)
As those training for the marathon are going for a 2.00am run this sunday morning (or maybe it's 7.00am or something like that) rather than the normal 9.30 departure from Belevedere Rd, I thought I'd let people know that I still plan on going at the more usual 9.30am slot if anyone would care to join me.
If anyone does plan on joining me, let me know using the forum as it would be nice to know whether I'll be on my own or not.

Just to clarify, although I thought that I already had, 9.30 always has been and remains the meeting time of RFRC for the normal Sunday morning run.
The earlier start of 8am, which ONLY the marathon training group are adopting for the next few weeks, is purely to allow them to get their longer runs in before too much of the heat of day is upon them.

Yes, that was my understanding, too. I just wanted to let people know the 9.30am slot was still a goer. Sorry if I caused any confusion.
(8am start though, are you sure you don't want to make it any earlier? Gets pretty warm nowadays. I suggest 4am, to be on the safe side - I'm just joking, of course. Please do not turn up for the marathon training at 4am.)
