RFRC TIME TRIAL - WEDNESDAY 24 OCTOBER 2007
Yes, this is the next time trial date. The usual 4 mile route will be used, starting in TDBC's staff car park and finishing at the phone box in French Weir Park.
This will allow us to reorganise the groups into similar ability ones.

Hiya all! My time's been listed wrong - I was 33:33 and should be in group 3, Lynn Cunningham
(like the idea of being a minute quicker though - I'll work on it for next time!)

I couldn't make the time trial so went out on my own and took 31.34, can I also go up to group 2?

Hi Tanya,
Group 2 was 7:15 - 8:15 miling so provided you're comfortable with that, of course go for it. You'll have probably gone a bit quicker with everyone else too so I'm sure you'll have no probelms.
