Basically the route is from the far end of the upper area of the carpark (end nearest the Taunton Deane council offices, down the steps to Chip Lane, turn left up onto Staplegrove Road - to the end, turn left at the roundabout - along Greenway Road? to the next roundabout where you turn left again - run all the way along Silkmills - turn left at the top onto Wellington Road, past SCAT and turn left down the footpath just before Tesco's, from there you run over the brook/stream thing, turn left again and run over the weir into French Weir Park - and basically the finish is at the just about where the Park area meets the French Weir road end! That is pretty much it, hope it helps!

Don't worry about doing the time trial route you've done the awful dull stretch of road loads of times before.

Just look at someone else you know that you are roughly the same pace as & run in the same group.

As for are you running in the right group well only you can decide. If you desperately want to drop a group then feel free to so long as you are fine with that. The only problem would be if anyone wanted to move up too much... to a group where the can't cope with the pace. Most already know where they should be running

As for Claire she's with us in group 1 next week emoticon i have to get my own back for all the encouragement at the grizzly!!!

and Claire did give a lot of encouragement at the Grizzly. I've not met another lady that could stand NEXT TO the tannoy and be louder than it. It was much appreciated!! emoticon
