Don't be scared if the time trial has placed you a group higher than you are used to but instead think of it as a challenge and give it a go you never know you might surprise yourself, also if you was unable to do the time trial but know someone that did that you normally run with then that should be the group for you.

Having taken the newbies out on Wednesday, I did the time trial today to see where I would fit in! It confirmed that I still have no need for the time trial as with a time of 44.48 I am still bringing up the rear! Thanks to Steve and Richard for this morning's run!
