NO this is the one where you put in your results as RFRC runners and I amalgamate them and send on to newspapers. Not where you find results - SImon!! emoticon

Please Please Please email me your results or put them on here and I will send them on. Many thanks all.

I think that's a pb for everyone! Lovely cool conditions and a great atmosphere.

Not as impressive as the marathon runners I know but for the half:

Wendy Jones 2.16.01- a massive pb by 20 mins, and actually enjoyed the race for once- apart from the cobbles!Chuffed!!!

Chris Salter 1.57.08 another pb.

Really enjoyed the event, and nice being in the stadium to see some of the other rfrc members cross the line. Congratulations to all.

Enjoyed Cardiff so much, could easily be tempted, but have to work next weekend!
