Phil, thanks for updating the club record page...couple of additions..
Jo Porter got a quicker pb over 10k distance at this years Taunton 10k.
Geoff Eggleston - 7.5k Male in Amsterdam. Now I know it's not an average distance, but I do think it's worth mentioning if nothing else than for the next club record...
Claire Salter and Dawn Mahoney - 54.34 for 7.5k - joint ladies club record. I think this is an important addition to the club records please!!!!!

Whilst we are on club records, just realised we have a blank in the womens 10 mile category, having looked at the last 2 years welly tens Jo Porter has a time of 1:18:12, unless anyone knows any better i suggest that this is the club record for the 10 mile category.

In cool still and overcast conditions, I ran the Dublin 2009 on Monday 26 in 3.37.49 in 1,957 place (out of about 12,000).
I can recommned this race - its very friendly, fairly flat (similar to Taunton)not too crowded but has that big marathon feel - lots of crowds, bands and music.

Blinking nora - very quick! Well done. Now I think Richard Staunton is Restlesslegs, but please correct me if I'm wrong as we need the right name for the Gazette entry!
