Cycle ride - Thursday 27 August
Anyone up for a cycle ride this Thursday? Likely to be 12 - 15 miles and I'll try to keep it flattish to encourage those who haven't been out cycling for a while.

A 'flat' Nicholls ride is like a '5 mile' Nicholls run. You know you will encounter hills as surely as that 6th mile marker...

Unfortunatly i'm going to have to let you down Mike, I'm going to be packing for a weekend in Cornwall as we need to be away early Friday morning.
