'Daredevil' non Saint novel by Charteris & question
I recently picked up 'Daredevil' by Charteris and got the shock of my life! No Saint, but it does have Inspector Claud Eustace Teal, my second favourite character in the book.
Q. Does Teal appear in 'X Esquire', 'The White Rider' and 'The Bandit'?
I've only just started the novel, but I assume this is Teal's first appearance. He comes across as a well-rounded figure (pun intended), and even though there is a Saint type character in Christopher Arden 'Storm', it's obvious who the star of the book is.
Carlos Xavier. (Captain).

At the risk of appearing lazy can I suggest you check out the Wikipedia article on dear old Claude at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claude_Eustace_Teal
There is room for clarification in it but that'll have to wait but the basic facts are spot on.
