Last TV show/series you watched?
Have you seen anything good recently?

ABC's Castle--which has just been picked up for a second season.
And Burn Notice is due back for season 3 soon.
And Leverage season 2 starts in July.

Re: Last TV show/series you watched?
I wanted to add Castle as well, these 10 episodes have been great fun.
I alsoenjoyed this years Chuck, the spy-comedy that was really enjoyable.
House season 5 was a rollercoaster with an albeit bummer ending.
And currently enjoying the Mentalist & Primeval (ITV's dino-soap).
And am hoping that Lewis gets another season because he is a worthy succesor to Morse.

Yeah, agree with you about House. Might be a depressing ending but was damned good story-telling throughout the season.
Haven't seen Chuck but maybe now it's being renewed I'll investigate further.
Oddly enough one UK show I like is The Bill. It might be a long-running drama that's bordered on a soap at times but they consistently tell good dramatic stories.

The Bill, now that brings back memories! I always enjoyed watching the half-hour episodes – very good story telling and some great characters.
I also really like Morse, and like-wise Lewis; although I missed all of the last series – I hope to catch up with them on ITV3 at some stage.

Re: Last TV show/series you watched?
For me it's the whole ensemble; script, acting, music and cinematography. Given the two hour format some episodes are better than others.
I did try one or two of Colin Dexter’s books but to be honest, they are slow.

BORING?
They are a whole flavor of style and backgrounds and no americanisms in the story. Lewis has taken an amazing direction since his boss & wife have died. He is sometimes more Morse than he would like to admit.

Completely addicted to The Wire... BBC2. Can't understand half of what they say, and sometimes nothing major seems to happen, but I keep finding myself looking forward to the next episode. Bizarre.
