Greetings,
YW. I definately like smooth sailing.

Definately on the respect issue as I have been told if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. I also have learned that if by necessity, respect the rank, not the person. I know I have had to use it before and although not as fun, it made it still somewhat smooth sailing. Thanks for listening. TTYL, Laters.

Greetings,
I hope that the rank system doesn't have to be pulled here as it wouldn't be as fun. Although can still be fun somewhat still. I like to think that it wouldn't happen to me. I try to remain social and pleasant for the most part. Thanks for listening. TTYL, Laters.
