Robert, you should sign on her as an apprentice. After you've served your apprenticeship, I bet you ten-to-one that you also could sign on to work on her in a more of permanent position too.

Meanwhile, did you know that this Bounty 2 was rebuilt in exact identical scale (but in much larger scale than her namesake) specifically for two Mutiny on the Bounty movies? She was built large enough so she could be turned in to a floating soundstage set for which she could hold both her crew; and the film crew and actors playing the leads in the original story. Bernard Hill (Captain E.J. Smith in JC's 1997 TITANIC) was once such actor who boarded her, to do The Bounty with the below latter actor.

Both Marlon Brando and Mel Gibson played Fletcher Christian in the two different MOTB remakes.

You're most welcome, Will, for the information I provided on the Bounty 2. Did you check on page 2 of this thread, and see her photo? Robert, of course simply drooled when he saw her.

Greetings,
Last night there was 5 hours worth of shows that involved ships on the History International channel, although my fav one was the show about Captain Kidd. Although the stories about the Flying Dutchman and the Mary Celeste were close. Robert in heaven, got to see many beautiful ladies last night. Thanks for listening. TTYL, Laters.
